Trisha Yearwood recently shared a turkey recipe on her cooking show-she took a 12 pound turkey, put it in a roasting pan and put in 2 cups of boiling water.  She had preheated the oven to 500 degrees, let the turkey roast for one hour, and then turned off the oven and let the turkey sit all night long.

The next morning, the turkey was done!  Easy or crazy?
