Police in Norwich, England are looking for two offenders resembling 'Oompa Loompas'. The suspects had orange faces and green hair when they assaulted three men and a woman as they left a kebab house.
Victims of the 'Oompa Loompa' attack suffered cuts and black eyes, but no major injuries were reported.
