Josephine Fulker of Jacksonville, Fla loves the pizza chain The Mellow Mushroom, and on her birthday, she got a very special delivery from the owner.

That delivery was thanks to an e-mail from Fulker’s husband, Army National Guard Maj. Shawn Fulker, who is thousands of miles away in Afghanistan.
